I am a union man looking to better all teacher wages across this country. I am compiling teacher salaries based on state and years of service. My goal is to use this nationally in order to help state unions get a better grip on salary negotiations during contract discussions. I am hoping that I can get some of that information here. :waving:

Ok, I have a Bachelors Degree, but not a Masters. My district has a step raise at Bachelors plus 20 credits which is where I am, so that is alittle different.
Salary: $67,400
Years in district: 12
State: Michigan (yup Union all the way)
