I would first like to say thank you to all that participate in helping me find the procedures and classroom management techniques that will allow me to become an efficient and effective educator. The statements made in response to the below questions have the possibility to be used in a school research project so the information may be publicly seen. If you would prefer not to post responses in this open forum feel free to e-mail them to me at ruffrunner@gmail.com. Please title these e-mails classroom management responses. Alright, let’s begin shall we;

2. Have these problems inspired any new classroom rules or strategies? Will you describe there effectiveness, and how they work?
3. Is there any advise you would give to an aspiring teacher on designing their classroom to promote physical and emotional safe environment and to better manage their new classroom please explain?
4. Have you attended or read any trainings or strategies that you have found particularly effective, how does it work?
5. Have you tried strategies that you found didn’t work? What where they and how did they work?
6. What types of classroom systems (e.g. specific organizational tools that are displayed and integrated into daily lessons.) that have been effective in helping better manage your classroom?
Please e-mail any pictures that would help explain your response. These are like pictures of your front board with the day’s agenda on it or desk arrangements or motivational posters anything that helps visually demonstrate what you are describing in your response. I really appreciate all of your cooperation in this interview. I look forward to reading all of your responses. Also if there is anything else you would like to add, advise or words of warning feel free; the more information I have the better prepared I will be.
