How do I change my avatar on here?

You need to have a certain number of posts, I think. Then, you go to your UserCP - to left in red rectangle on every page - and click on the Edit Avatar link. To get a picture, you can upload or do like me. I usually just Google for the image I want and copy/paste the link.
