How many NYC sub teachers hate to see a regular that remains in the clasroom when you [the sub] are given a cluster schedule?
I personally like the cluster program much more than being stuck in a classroom all day long.
However, I like when the teacher leaves the room and thus allows me to do whatever I plan to do with the kids for 40 or 45 minutes.
What are you thoughts?
