I've been doing a little routine before work in the morning it really helps me feel better during day. For those of you who are, like me, a little too lazy for a cardiovascular workout in the morning you might want to consider this alternative. Loss of flexibility is an awful side-effect of aging.

I agree streching is a good idea. Folding myself into teeny-tiny chairs, sitting on the floor, lifting and carrying all takes its toll. Being limber helps me not strain or pull anything.

I stretch a few times a week, mostly yoga and some other basic stretching from head to toe. I have felt so much better after getting used to stretching and doing it routinely.
