Should I change the job. I am PGT maths and got opportunity to join as Vice-Principal in good school.?
I am PGT maths in school in grade of 6500-10500. I got 18000 salary in hand and 5000 also as private tuitions. I got opportunity to join as Vice-Principal in very good upcoming school. But in that I am getting salary of 22000. But if i join as Vice-Principal then I cannot get time to do private tuitions and cannot open private coaching center as I wish to do in near future. I have to devote more time in school as Vice-Principal.
What should i do help me out.

What does PGT mean? Primary grade teaching?

Employment as a vice-principal would be an entry level administrative job. If you did well, you could eventually be qualified to work as a principal which would result in a nice pay increase.
Employment as an administrator would give you management experience ... which might be useful for later opening a private coaching center.

PGT means Post Graduate Teacher. It is the post of teacher who teaches senior level student in school.
Thanks Chef Dave

Nicely Explained.
I have one confusion, if you can clear I am thankful to you.
If I work for 2-4 four in administrative line then maybe I cannot teach maths in near future bcos of lack of practice and new trends come in market regarding the Entrance Exam of engineering.
I would like to open coaching center for preparing student for entrance exam for engineering.
I think changing the job from PGT maths to Vice-Principal is changing the way you think in the field of education. As you explained Vice-Principal is entry level administrative job hence I have to give more time to school and in that case I am unable to concentrate over other future planning in my life.
Hope you understand what I want to say.
I have 25% mood of joining as Vice-Principal. I want you to change my mind (hope you can do that).

It sounds as though you want to continue teaching. If so, then it shouldn't be necessary for me to change your mind.
You have to do what is best for you.
In making your decision, you should compare short term and long term benefits.
If you continue teaching, then yes, you may tutor. The short term benefit is that you'll make more money.
If you become an assistant administrator, you won't be able to tutor. Think about how much you could make as administrator in charge of your own school. Would you be able to make more than you are making now?
You should also think about where your passion lies. Do you like to teach or would you rather lead?
If you want to teach, then you should continue your work as a teacher. If you have an interest in management, then you should go into administration.
