Weather lesson plan ideas

I am a new teacher teaching Natural Science at an alternative high school and am struggling to come up with fun and interactive lessons for teaching weather and climate. Any ideas?

Here is the other link. I have never tried this myself, but it looks interesting. There are 5 activities at various levels in which students use REAL data - very real-world, also differentiated. Let me know what you think about it.
