INTERNATIONAL ARENA OF COMPETITION. There is way, there is light -----
We do not actually bother how much one gets in yr 9, so we can should tune the young mind to get ready for final yr 9 exam in 6 months, this speed of preparation shall make one get used to examinations. ONE SHOULD ASSURE PEOPLE ENTERING YR 9 “CHILDREN THIS IS JUST A PLAYING YEAR WE WILL STUDY/LEARN MORE IN 6 MONTH, BUT DO NOT WORRY WHAT HAPPENS IN EXAM------ WE JUST WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND SUBJECTS AS A FOUNDATION FOR GCSE”. Then in yr 9 exam, our main aim is people need to clear it so we can give them very very easy paper, (this will make them think GCSE is just another easy year and they will come to GCSE----- we can give them model exams that are more easy in YR 9 beginning, this will boost the confidence of students).
From the mid of yr 9 we can teach GCSE TOPICS THAT ARE ONLY PRACTICALLY INTERESTING, for ex. Chemistry lab works, physics lab works, biology specimens, mathematics magics with numbers performed by experts in a recorded program to let young mind understand mathematics is play (after this recorded program of those who teach GCSE maths in a way that entertains), obviously this is followed by regular class room teaching, bcs nothing can compromise that. If it is social science we can tell it with visual portal of pictures in projectors, IT let them do the magic with simple programs, let them modify it and with the fascination they will learn BASIC of IT, any thing visual from creative minds we have should be shared among schools. By the end of yr 9 actual period we would have taught gcse portion 50 to 75 % depending on ones ability, followed by an exam just to make them be on track with gcse. We do not compete for one school to rank high and the rest to struggle in bottom. We want to produce more AS level goers successfully.
In the actual GCSE beginning we start with model exams and regular teaching , on a total period of (6 + 4) 6 month from yr 9 and 4 month in gcse we would have completed portions, rest 2 month is for model exams and exams only ------ atleast this 2 month would make even a disruptive to learn some thing. Final GCSE exams in mid of GCSE year ------ results (marks) shall be kept confidential for motivation purpose ------ this provides additional avenue for those who have failed, they be selected and made re write exams before they go to ----- real life training for future.
FOR THOSE WHO CLEARED GCSE:
For those who have passed shall go to practical INTRODUCTORY DIPLOMA on basic plumbing, building, accounts, banking, lab technician, x ray technician, hospital technician, management, etc. . They must choose more than 3 training diplomas if they choose banking they can be taught how a bank staff works (u do not need too much accounts to be a bank customer service staff), if they choose accounts, they can be taught basic accounts how a small company manage its accounts), if they choose any technician course basic training on such fields.
Benefits: young mind involves in practical things, that can interest them ----- all they have to get diploma is nothing but to work practically and prove that they understood that, ------ when they can learn how to work in a fast foods and retail shop and work there as a cook, quality, team leader, customer service rep., they can very well learn and get these real life introductory diplomas. Provided with additional motivation towards financially secured life own car, house, bonus, holidays ----- only if they do AS level, they will think we learned too much in gcse so its gonna be nothing in AS level, so they will come to AS level.
FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT CLEAR AT FIRST INSTANCE:
Let them feel the pain of failing and splitting away from their friends, this worry would tune their mind to hit and clear the GCSE exams. After all they would be delayed by 1 or 2 months before they get their GCSE and diploma. After clearing gcse exams they can join their friends in real time training, we know they will learn things from their friends to make sure they get gcse and diploma in same time.
ATLEAST A DIPLOMA WITH GCSE FOR THOSE WHO PASS OUT:
By this we can make sure a school pass out who discontinues education has atleast a gcse and a diploma, there are places they can get job and come up in real life setting, rather than roaming with out doing any thing.
IN AS LEVEL
We are giving them a real life training,
So ------
One who wants a settled life in banking will obviously do related in AS level and University.
One who wants to settle in retail management will do relevant in AS level and University.
One who wants to settle in hospitality, counter staff, customer service, will do relevant in AS level and University.
We attracted GCSE students to AS level to do courses they need to get their dream job, here in AS level we should teach them broader subjects, that they have to study along the subjects they wanted to study. AS level should be like a busy railway station, people who come here would get ENHANCED DIPLOMA ON THEIR specialized field, ALONG AS level qualification. so that people will have wider ability to choose any course in UNIVERSITY, also AS level pass out who discontinues will still be able to work in relevant field.
Here we gonna bring graduate people from industries to give demonstration on how they achieved what they are now, what they did before graduation and how settled they are financially after graduation. I AM SURE PEOPLE FROM INDUSTRY WILL DO IT TO HELP FOR FUTURE. Introduction to browse real time job advertisements and the requirements will also tune young mind to apply for UNIV. Perhaps International Baccalaureate will also help.
.
UNIVERSITY:
Availability of 0% interest loans to do a university graduation, and with extended offer to repay it after graduation and in small amounts.
