Hi Mia,
I'm not sure about other areas of study, but for teacher education, Walden University has a good reputation. You might want to check into universitites in your state to see what kind of programs they offer. I am in a graduate program that isn't advertised as an online degree, but most of my classes are online. Good luck!:D

I completed my master's degree online through Walden University. Walden is a reputable university and I really enjoyed the experience.

I'm also really interested in doing a Masters online. The problem for me is that my degree is Child Development rather than a teaching degree. I am qualified to work with children zero to eight in a variety of settings. I quite like what my degree gets me, but I haven't found a Child Development Master's program online yet.

My point is this: If you want to do an undergraduate degree online followed by a Master's, your best bet would be to choose an Education rather than a Development degree.

Good luck.

You might want to inquire if a college near you offers a field-based program. My Master's was field-based through National-Louis University. It was a small class of six who met at a location convenient to all for one night a week for 22 months.
