Looking for some advice and hoping u girls can help...I'm currently working as an analyst at an investment bank in NY (have been here for 3 years now) and I've finally accepted the reality that I'm not cut out for the business world. So it's been awhile now that I've been contemplating going back to school to get my Masters in...Education. I need a job that's more gratifying and mostly I need to be excited when I wake up in the morning and start my day and not dread the next 8 hours like I do now. I was hoping some of you could lend me advice as to my next steps and share some of the experiences you had when u were just starting out. Have any of you made changed careers like I plan on doing? I figure that I would start my graduate program in Jan. 2008 so hopefully I would have my degree by the time I'm 28. I know this is a lil lengthy but I've read a few articles and they all mention that the best thing to do when thinking about going into teaching is to talk to teachers because they're really the only ones that can tell you what to expect in the classroom...Thanks for all your advice
