The snow is falling and the ski resorts are getting geared up for a great season! My husband and I have traded our skies for scuba and are renting our time share. Here is the info:
WHERE: Avon, Colorado - Vail/Beaver Creek
WHEN: March 1-8, 2003.
PRICE: $690/total for the week! (normally $1253.00 + $155tax)
1 bed/1 bath condo at Christie Lodge in Avon, CO (http://www.christielodge.com). Free shuttle picks you up right outside your door and drops you off at the lift of Beaver Creek ski resort (Rated #5 in North America by SKI Magazine, Sept 2002). Other shuttles can take you to Vail (Rated #1 in North America by SKI Magazine, Sept 2002).
Your condo is a small 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps a max of 4 adults and 2 small children. Kitchenette, wood-burning fireplace, and balcony/patio. Christie Lodge has 3 hot tubs, 2 swimming pools, ping-pong, arcade, in-lodge dining, in-lodge ski rental and supplies. Walking distance to the supermarket and liquor store. Be sure to go to the free wine and cheese party to find out other activities available in Vail and Beaver Creek.
$690 is the total cost for the week. This is over 50% the normal room rate.
Check in: Sat. March 1, 3pm.
Check out: Sat. March 8, 11am.
(This week can be changed to another week - based on availability - for an additional fee of $129.00).
