art room clean up

I am looking at using a chart for clean up so that I don't have to hound students as much-I teach 6-8 art and would love suggestions for organizing a clean up chart.

Yoda- I would just develop a bulletin with random students doing different tasks either weekly or daily. (Pick of the hat kind of deal.) Or develop some form of extra credit-kids will eat that up.
